Terms of Service

Veliqo provides software tools designed to support condominium and residential property management operations, including communication, operational workflows and resident services.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Ensuring information provided is accurate.
• Restricting access to authorised users only.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform;
• Upload malicious software or harmful content;
• Misuse the platform in a manner that could damage our services or other users.

All software, content, trademarks, logos and materials associated with Veliqo remain the property of Veliqo or its licensors.

No rights are granted except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

Customers retain ownership of the data they submit to the platform.

By using Veliqo, customers grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process and transmit data solely for the purpose of providing our services.

We aim to provide reliable and secure services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect service availability.

Our platform may rely on third-party service providers and integrations. We are not responsible for the services, policies or availability of third-party providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veliqo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Veliqo during the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
